Welcome to Eiko - Digital Art & Coloring Studio ("Eiko"). By downloading, installing, or using Eiko, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Eiko, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this User Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Eiko. If you are under 13, you may only use the app with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Eiko is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
If you create an account to use certain features of Eiko, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately at eikohelpcen4588@outlook.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
All intellectual property rights in Eiko, including but not limited to templates, designs, software, and trademarks, are owned by the developers of Eiko. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of Eiko without prior written permission.
You retain all intellectual property rights to the artwork you create using Eiko. However, you grant Eiko a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your creations for the purpose of operating and promoting the app, unless you inform us in writing that you wish to opt out of such use.
Eiko respects your privacy. Any information collected through the app is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
We may from time to time provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to Eiko ("Updates") to improve functionality, security, or user experience. These Updates may be mandatory, and your continued use of Eiko may require you to install such Updates. You agree to accept and install all necessary Updates to use Eiko.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling Eiko from your device and discontinuing all use of the app.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to Eiko at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Eiko and uninstall the app from your device.
Eiko is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of Eiko is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eiko's developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
We reserve the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. When we do, we will notify you by updating the date of the agreement within the app. Your continued use of Eiko after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
